Garrett is doing really well.   This past weekend we moved Garrett from the co-sleeping bed in our bed to the Tucker wedge/ Tucker sling in his crib.  I finally decided that maybe we were keeping him up and stirring.

That must have been it.  The first night he slept 4-5 hours for the first run and then after his middle of the night feeding, he did not wake again until 6 AM.  Yes!!!  I thought it might be a fluke, but apparently that was all it took to get him down to one feeding at night.  THIS I can deal with!!

And he's no longer completely fussy during the morning witching hours.  After his 6 AM feeding, he is going back down for another nap.  I think that poor child just needed some peace and quiet and a place to himself!!

This past weekend we also had him dedicated at church.  It was a beautiful day.  We had a brunch and ceremony at church and then afterwards we had a luncheon at our house.  I'll post pictures when I can.

Last week, Garrett's Levsin drops disappeared.  I know Riley has found a "new" place for them.  So I had to get the doctor's office to call them in again to the pharmacy.  That took several days and during that time, I noticed an increase in his gas and his BM's got a little more difficult.  We got the new drops yesterday finally.  Then just this morning I was putting Garrett down in the nursery and what do I see Riley holding???  The old drops.  Typical!  Well, at least he found them so now I can have a bottle upstairs and downstairs.  Got to find that silver lining!!

I think we may start cereal in his nighttime bottle again.  Now that we've got the Levsin drops again.  I just didn't want to start it when he was already so gassy.

Friday is Garrett's two month checkup.  I'll be sure to post an update afterwards.

I hope you all saw the newsflash that I have message boards on the site now.  Please take advantage of them!! I think we can turn them into a valuable resource for all of us parents of reflux babies.

More later!
