   Just wanted to let you all know of this recall notice.  We used this product with Hailey, and I know that many parents of refluxers try this with their baby when desperate for sleep.  It's been recalled due to two deaths.

I am making this an announcement in all forum groups.  I no longer have an advertising agreement with this company and I no longer personally recommend this product. I cannot in good conscious recommend a product that is associated with the death of a child.
