Hi guys,

I'm a mom of a sweet little girl with GERD. She's turning one this month and we've been dealing with reflux since she was a newborn. Although, things didn't get bad until she was about 4 months.

Anyway, her reflux hasn't improved much at night and it's been hard dealing with this for the past 11 months. Recently, I've been trying some light sleep training to no avail.

I've been trying to feed her before I soothe, so she doesn't fall asleep on the bottle. But, the problem is she doesn't love drinking milk so it's easier for her to take it when she's drowsy.

I don't want to complain or be bummed, because I'm thankful she's generally a healthy baby, but I just can't help wondering when we'll get some relief.

My sister in laws have babies too and it's tough sometimes hearing how relatively easy their babies are. We're going to have a second child in a couple of years and I'm scared she/he will have reflux too. Although, I'll be wiser with it then.

Any suppport would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just curious... is your name Shiloh, or your baby's? I don't hear the name often. It's my little girl's name. :)
