I am a proud grandmother of a beautiful 6 month old boy who has had problems with digestion. The colic improved with gripe water but now he is doing a lot of spitting up.  I believe he is starting teething although there is no sign yet of teeth.  My point I want to bring up is this! Our grandmothers and great grandmothers didn't have Zantac, doctors who didn't listen and formulas!  They had breastmilk and if that didn't work they used diluted cow's milk!  I seriously believe that the formula industry has gotten our babies into all this trouble!  There is too much iron in it (they were trying to stave off anemia but now are rethinking this issue!).  Is there anyone in this country brave enough to question what is in the formulas we are feeding our children?  Read the label moms!  It's not milk!
