The purpose of this category is to give parents an outlet for relaying good news about their child’s progress. I think sometimes we dwell so much on the negative side of reflux that we forget to celebrate the good days.

So if your child has had an exceptionally good day, or you just slept for the first time in two months or the test results came back normal, then please post a message of hope for other users to read.

And be sure to set your preferences up to watch this category for new posts so you can let the parent know you are excited about their good news!

(Please limit posts to those announcements that are of utmost importance. I know you’re excited that Jr. took a 2.5 hour nap today considering he only slept for 2 hours yesterday, but no, that doesn’t go here…. )

JJ is finally eating! For the first time in his life he enjoys the bottle and can’t get enough of it. No more tears when he eats or forcing him to take a half ounce more. He’s gaining weight, he’s growing tall and all thanks to the prevacid and a wonderful Ped. GI at CHOP in Philadelphia. He only has reflux and no other issues thank god. This web site was so helpful to find out whats going on. Thanks to all of you and good luck!
