Laura I heard in some group tjat otange veggies were good starter foods and then another group said that’s a no-no. I have been trying all orange and it’s not going good I think. Also I’m givong prune juice for constipation and I saw through some research that ptunes are acidic! What!!! So is there a good chart somewhere that I can go by? So congused now

it’s trial & error – why is there constipation? I’d be looking at the cause, as well as the solution…
