What happens now?

So I really can’t remember what to start adding back into my diet. I know I eat it four days to make sure there is no reaction. But what do I start with food groups?

How is it going? I tried to eliminate dairy and soy from my diet and was not good at it. 🙁 I never tried TED and don’t blame you for not wanting to do it. But I know of many very self disciplined mothers that can do it and get great results from it. I know that nursing is best and am a great advocate for it but for me the strict diet was the last straw with my stress I had already with my little ones being in pain and crying all the time. With my third child I found that by taking enzymes every time I ate, it broke my foods down much better and therefor made my breast milk to have the proteins extensively broken down just like the special formulas like Nutramigen etc. Except of course my milk was better than formula. 🙂

The TED is hard, but it’s not so bad! I did it! You just need to sit down and plan it out – it’s ‘just’ two weeks! Concentrate on what you CAN eat and you’ll be fine!
