Is there any particular kind of benadryl to use on the gums of a teether? 🙂 Or is any kind fine? I happened to come across a couple topics that talked about rubbing benadryl on the gums but no specifics on the kind. TIA!

I think any Children’s liquid benadryl would be fine. The amount you’re rubbing on the gums is so small there is little risk of overdose.

I use Childrens liquid Benadryl. I have the Free and Clear kind, but I don’t think it really makes a difference. The Benadryl seems to help a lot more than the Tylenol, at least for my ds.

We never used if for teething, but I would probably use the dye free in case they drool some of it out.. I think the others stain pretty bad. But I would use the children’s liquid as well.
