Shampoo for Toddler Cradle Cap

Hi All,

I’ve noticed lately that Dagney has cradle cap again. The pedi suggested Selson Blue, which I have used twice, but it smells horrible and seems to strong for her. I’ve done some searches online, and people have suggested “Gentle Naturals Cradle Cap Shampoo”–has anyone used this? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Just an updated on this–it really worked! I used the Mustela and Aveeno baby shampoo for a while, but then even switched back to Johnson’s baby shampoo and it did the trick. I’m back with the Johnson’s toddler shampoo now since it’s more humid out, and she’s doing great!

if it comes back again, a really good trick is to put baby oil on it and rub it with a q-tip—or with the little soft blue scrubbie brush they use in the hospital when they wash their heads.
