Teething and Benadryl

My DS is teething really bad.. Ive been giving him tylenol and motrin in the time intervals and is states. Someone mentioned benydryl as well… have you heard that? If so what kind of benydryl and how much am i suppose to rub it on his gums? Can ya help me a lil…

for the gums, I pour a bit into the cap (children’s benedryl, it’s liquid- you could look for the dye free kind, too) and then dip my finger in and rub my finger, that has been dipped in the benedryl, around on baby’s gums. just a bit.
