Inactiveb/c he is teething again! He is getting his 2 yr molars and he is not quite 17 months old! I should have known! I am guessing that zantac will not cut it this time and he will be on a ppi in a week when he has his ped gi appt!

InactiveOh, that makes sense. Teething sure can be a nightmare. Myles has 13 teeth already and each one has been a challenge but thankfully no reflux.
I hope Isaac is feeling better soon. These should be his last teeth, right?

InactiveYep! The very last 4! Then maybe this reflux will be over!

InactiveYippee, the last four teeth!!
I hope his reflux is gone for good once those teeth come through.

InactiveHope you’ve found your answer! I HATE teething!!! Unfortunately for us, Hailey still only has 7.5 teeth, and each tooth takes 3 weeks or so to come out fully.

InactiveI should have guess that Isaac would get his 2-year molars early! Sorry to
hear it’s aggravating his reflux but hopefully he’s right back on track once
they pop through and then you’re done until the 6-year ones, right? Marisa
is working on her one-year molars now and then we only have the 2s left…

InactiveOkay, what’s up with my child??!! I’m starting to wonder why she has no teeth!

InactiveMarisa has a lot of teeth for her age. We went from none at 10 months to 12
at 15 months but that’s unusual. In Marisa’s music class, there is a 19-
month old with only 6 teeth. In our temple class the other 15-16 month olds
have 7-8 teeth…

InactiveThanks Karen! Good to know it’s not just my child. Sure wish they would come out though so we didn’t have a neverending teething he*@!

InactiveMy friend’s daughter is 14 months old with NO teeth so don’t feel bad at all!

InactiveProbably better that she doesn’t have a mouthful, or they’d all be rotten, given she doesn’t let me brush the ones she does have and she’s still taking night feeds!

InactiveLOL Lori.
So it turns out that what I thought were Marisa’s eye teeth are actually the
one-year molars. I thought they were too far back to be eye teeth but also
too pointy to be molars. The Ped said that the one-year molars are actually
“pre-molars” and fall out like the other baby teeth, so they are more pointy
than “true” molars. Huh. So she has 11.5 teeth now (8 incisors, 3.5 molars)
and it looks like the eye teeth are working hard – particularly the top ones.
