My daughter takes zegerid 3 times a day. 8am, 1pm and 7pm. She is going to be taking zantac before bed at 8:30pm. How much would she need? I am going to GI tuesday but want something to go on.

she is 23 months and 22lbs 10oz.

zantac has to be 4 hours apart from a ppi. this is straight from Dr. Phillips.

zantac dosing: 5-10 mg/kg
