As for Jacob’s update…things are pretty much the same, although I do think he is doing better on the RTF Alimentum than on any other formula so far. We are trying the Zegerid now to see if that makes any difference, but I am not seeing any improvement yet.
I think I posted that the upper GI yielded no ifo. I think that the only thing that is making him better at this point is TIME! We have tried so many things and he is still around the same as he was, with some small areas of improvement that I believe are only because he is getting older. I am so frustrated that we haven’t been able to find his “magic” yet and have pretty much given up hope….. The GI prescribed Reglan for us a few weeks ago, but I am too scared to try it. We are pretty much out of options and I have taken the “we just have to wait it out” approach at this point.
So, pretty miserable over here still….way to ring in the New Year, huh?
