Hi. Sounds like you have your hands full.
2mths is about the time all heck broke loose with my son too. we ended up getting an apnea monitor for him. we had it until he was a year old. it was soooo worth it!!! we slept sooo much better knowing it would catch him if anything happened.
we had to have the doctor order it. then a company came to the house to set it up for us and explain it’s use. he had to be monitored for 12 hours with it to get it’s setting correct on it. then they would come out and download the info once a month. we had to see a pulmonary specialist to talk about the results. I was shocked to find out the montior was picking up about 20 episodes per night!!! the alarm only sounded a couple times though. these other times, he caught his own breath. the alarm will be set to go off after so many seconds of no breathing so it’s not going off constantly.
I would say, if you have the resorces to get a monitor, go for it!!
It really helps you rest easier. and you need your rest.
