stomach virus?

so again, Chloe’ has not been eating, Friday at the doctor her weight has leveled off and he is concerned. I have come down with a stomach virus and now I am wondering if that has been the issue with Chloe’. It is so hard to tell, last week when we starting have trouble with her eating she vomited 3-4 bottles but not in a row( about one a day) and her stools are always very soft. I had to let a friend come and take her for the weekend, which makes me feel so awful because the doctor is talking about hospitalization again for her wieght issues, but my husband is a resturant manager and I know I could not look after her sick like I have been. If anyone babies has had the stomach bug, how long was it normal for them not to want to eat?
