Have any of you ladies used this combo? We were unable to get to the ped GI until June 5th…….we had an appointment on the 11th of this month, but the doc will not be there.

I called to let him know that I was having a REALLY difficult time getting her to take the Zantac at night. So he suggested Pepcid in the evening while keeping the Prevacid in the morning. We just started the Pepcid tonight and I am hoping that this is the combo that will work for her.

If you have used or are you using it currently, I would appreciate your input on this….thanks!!!

we are using over the counter pepcid complete. the complete has an antacid like mylanta and also an h2 blocker. make sure you give it 4 hours after the ppi..zantac never helped us..

we did the combo.. not knowing that he didnt needs meds for his sleep.. we were trying EVERYTHING! anyhow, when we did it.. we did prevacid in the morning around 11ish.. and pepcid in the morning and night (around 6 in the morning and 7ish at night). I did LOVE the pepcid though! sooo easy to give and it tastes so much better than zantac( not that i tasted it..but i smelled it..and shane seemed to love it )
