my son is on zantac .7 ml 2 x a day…it works good but seems to wear off long before hes due for more. can i give him mylanta? do i have to space it out?? plus if he had a allergic reaction to zantac , what would be the signs?? he has a little rash on his cheeks and i wondered if it was anything to do with the zantac

Yes you can give him mylanta, I don’t know about spacing, but I think you don’t have to, someone correct me if I am wrong. I haven’t heard of an allergice reaction to Zantac, but it is possible or depending on what formula or if you are bf it could be something from that. Might be a touch of excema. Just thinking out loud.
