I was just wondering if anyone has had any success recently in contacting marci-kids. I’ve been trying to call them for the past month and have left several messages. We’re running out of CaraCream. I know that someone else has also left numerous messages and had no success in reaching them. I need to get in touch with the ordering department soon before we have none left!

Lori, I have never had any dealings with their ordering dept. but have always had a quick response from Dr. Philips and from the general e-mail contact link on their website. Maybe you can send an e-mail about the lack of service and see if they can help? Good luck!
