Rebecca,
You can call or email marci-kids, but last I heard, they weren’t allowed to directly supply it to the US anymore due to an agreement with the makers of zegerid.
When marci-kids sends you instructions on how to make it, they give you instructions to make it at 3mg/ml, but anywhere from 2-4 is usually fine.
I’d ask them 3 questions: 1) is it the CaraCream kit OR the CaraCream JR kit 2) What is the expiry date on the therasol bottle and CaraCream bottle 3) How did he prepare the suspension (i.e. how many capsules did he add)
With the answers to those questions, you’ll know if they did it correctly. It’s pretty simple to make, so it’s hard to mess it up, at least when marci-kids gives you the instructions.
Make sure to keep it refrigerated. How much did they charge you for the kit?
Good luck. CaraCream has worked really well for my little one.
