InactiveOK, I have a lot to say about this but unfortunately not a lot of time…I’ll finish this later. http://www.marci-kids.com has good dosing instructions. Once the zegerid is mixed with water it is stable for 3 weeks in the fridge and 24 hours at room temp. You can give it ANYTIME…no regard to food. You CAN mix it with a little bit of formula (but no more than an ounce so you can make sure she drinks it all. DON’T leave it mixed with formula for longer than an hour or it will not be stable. It took a little over 2 weeks to see complete results but just a week or so to start seeing little happy occurrances. I’ll write more later!

InactiveI found it most helpful to mix a large batch in a 20-30ml syringe and then create individual doses into smaller syringes with tip caps. It was convenient to have doses ready to take to daycare/outings and then I was only mixing medicine every few days (as opposed to mixing for each individual dose!) I used the medela steam clean bags to sterilize all my syringes (since they were too small for the dishwasher). I hope you see great results and let me know if you have any other questions!

InactiveI just wanted to agree with Amy and say making a BIG batch saves a TON of time. Zegerid worked wonders for my dd so I hope it works well for you too! It’s AWESOME not having to time with meals!

InactiveLike the other ladies said mixing a big batch is the way to go. I never could get the syringes to mix right though so I used a medicine bottle and I mixed 4 pkts at a time. 2 weeks for us too and zegerid is the bomb. My first had reflux and never got better until he outgrew. There are many reasons behind that, but my second was on reflux and was a totally different baby.
