Hailey was on 30mg a day- I have the instructions at home so I’ll check for you then. I think we added 8 30mg capsules, but can’t remember how many doses a day.

So sorry… I can’t find the sheet telling me how to make it at all! (Clearly I’ve fudged the dosing lately since I don’t know how many mls you’re supposed to give!)

I know that you add 16 of the 15ml capsules (or 8 of the 30ml capsules), but I can’t remember how many mg/ml it makes that way and hence how many mls to give per dose.

Sorry!… I remember the anticipation when our bottles arrived… like maybe this would be the answer. Good luck.

8 of the 30mg capsules of Prevacid added to the Caracream Jr. kit makes a 3mg/mL suspension. I was also told that you should give a minimum of 3.5 mLs at each dose in order to ensure enough buffer is in the dose. So, 3.5 mLs would be 10.5 mg of Prevacid, and if you give that 3 times a day your little one would be getting a total of 31.5 mg per day.
