InactiveJust wondering if anyone knew of a stomach bug going around? Seth came down with something Tuesday evening and could not keep anything down. He seemed to be doing better yesterday on a very bland diet but then he threw up again last night. So far today, he has kept his drinks down. He has also ran a fever on and off that I am giving Tylenol for. It almost seems like the flu but he has had the vaccine and it seems early for that. Just hate seeing my normally energetic little guy so miserable.

InactiveNot that I know of, but wanted to send you good wishes that Seth gets back to himself soon! It is hard to see them not feeling well.
Hope Seth is back to his old self soon!Ann MarieOctober 18, 2007 at 1:16 pm #44425Anonymous
InactiveNot a stomach bug, but there’s a pretty nasty cold going around at Owen’s school. I think this just might be the time of year that all this stuff happens. Owen had one this summer which I thought was weird timing, and he even had croup in August. Sometimes they just get stuff I think, as much as it stinks when they get it. I’m so not looking forward to sick season starting – yuck.
By the way, Tiffany, I tried to reply to your PM but your mailbox was full. Of course I’d written a book too!! 😉 Let me know if you empty it and I’ll try again…

InactiveThanks Anne Marie! He’s sleeping now. Feel asleep on the floor watching Disney. So not like him. Hopefully, though he is getting caught up on his rest.
Laura, I’ll clean out my mailbox now. Sorry. I hate when that happens!!October 18, 2007 at 2:42 pm #44434Anonymous

Inactivegosh, he is throwing up again. I am scared to keep giving him things but I am worried about dehydration. I asked him earlier if he wanted some more gatorade and he said ‘no, it will make me hurt!’.
I guess it is something that just has to ride its course….October 18, 2007 at 6:03 pm #44450Anonymous
InactiveYes, there is a yucky flu going around my school. Several teachers have come down with it. I am still hoping I can avoid it. It does seem early for it, I agree…but anything is possible. I really hope he feels better soon!!!!

Inactivewell, Seth is finally totally better today. It turns out the bug was going around the daycare. Started in the infant room last week and worked its way up. 6 of the 10 kids in Seth’s class got it! Seemed to linger a little longer with Seth than some of the other kids though. Sometimes I think the stomach bugs are worse when they have reflux. Just glad it’s better and that DH and I managed to escape it!

InactiveYup, Sarah just had diarrhea 5 times today. (yuck!) Hope he’s feeling better soon.
Laura, nice to see you around! I love the pick of Owen!October 21, 2007 at 6:41 pm #44541Anonymous
InactiveThanks Lori! I’ve been lurking here and there and thought maybe I could get back on more often than I have been now that Owen’s a bit older and I feel like I actually have some more free time. Did I just say that??

InactiveI can’t believe Owen is almost 3!!! Everytime I see someone from “reflux past” and see how old their babies are getting it reminds me that I am that much older, too!
Nice to see you, Laura!!Ann Marie -
