Ok. this recipe is one of my favorites and i thought i will share with you all. It tastes so good ( to me, hopefully to you too), it is not too hard to prepare, you can alternate ingredients and we get lost of left overs. The variation are my own add on, and you can do the same

Ingredients:
2-medium yellow onions, chopped
2 celery stalk, chopped
1 small head brocolli florets chopped in small pieces
2-3 hands full fresh green beans cut in 1 inch pieces (or 1 14.5 oz can of No Salt Added Cut Green Beans, i get the Walmart brand)
3 10.5 oz cream of Musroom soup or Cream of celery soup or a mixed of the two or a 26oz can family size
1 16oz white cheddar cheese or 1 16oz swiss cheese shredded
1 8oz fat free or regular sour cream container (optional)
1 1/2 pound whole cooked ham chopped in bite size ( i get mine at walmart deli and i ask to be cut as a chunk) or 3-4 cooked chicken breast cut in bite sizes,(or turkey, but i am not sure how much you have to use as i have not tried it with turkey yet)
1 16oz wide egg noodles (yolk free) or penne noodles. I think you can use any noodles, but these are the two i have tried

)
i tablespoon canola oil
Preparation:
preheat oven at 350 degree
Cook noodles 7-10 minutes in boling water. Rinse and cool down a bit.
steam broccoli and green beans, if using fresh for 5-7 minutes. Heat up oil on high and add chopped ham or chicken, celery and onions and stir fried for 4 minutes.
in a large bowel:
mix soups, onions, broccoli, green beans, ham or chicken, sour cream if using, and noodles; slightly grease a 9×12 glass casserole dish and evenly pour all the ingredients in. top it off with the cheese and cook for 30 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
serve with apple sauce and/or dinner rolls
enjoy!!!
