when to give meds?

My DS is 11 weeks and takes prevacid solutabs which have to be given at least 30 minutes before a meal (we are breastfeeding and he eats every 30 minutes ) so that is hard. But hen he also just started erythro. I am not sure when to give these meds so they don’t cancel each other out. I am supposed to give the “8 drops” of the erythro 3-4 times a day.

Any suggestions would be great. Also he has not been tested for DGE but the doc was hoping the erythro would help with the spitting up and the prevacid for the reflux?
