Can't find Mylanta Supreme; what can I do?

I can’t find Mylanta Supreme locally to help buffer the Zegerid and will likely have to order it. I have Mylanta Ultimate on hand, but of course, it has aluminum in it. What will happen if I use it just until the Supreme gets here? Will it cause any problems with Zegerid’s efficacy? I do have Prevacid solutabs on hand and can use those until the Supreme arrives if that would be a better choice. Any feedback would be great.
