Simply Thick

Simply Thick is the only thickener that my son does the best on, as far as keeping it down. Rice worked with Nutramigen, but it is not working with Neocate, oatmeal does not work either. The problem w/Simply Thick is that it gives him so much sulfur smelling gas, he is constantly twisted up with pain and farting all the time. I can see air bubbles in the bottle and nipple when I feed him, so I think that if I can get rid of the air everything would be ok, but I dont know how. I’ve tried 0.3ml of mylicon drops in the bottle before feeding him, his correct dose, it didn’t help, but I don’t think it’s enough since it says to put it in only 1oz of formula, he takes 2.5oz, but I don’t want to put more in and overdose him. Does anyone have tips/experience with Simply Thick/Neocate combination?
