Has anyone been having issues with the new Neocate and reflux being BAD?????

We got off Neocate right as the new formulation came out but I have
heard some complaints from folks over at the Kids with Allergies site.
I’m not sure what the difference is though – is Paige having problems
with it? Was she ever on the old formulation? Remember, Neocate is
really thin (which can aggravate the reflux) – may need to use a
thickener.

She is refluxing like crazy. She was on the old formulation since 2 week old. Just switched to New this week. For the last month I have been mixing new with old to get her used to it. Paige aspirated at 2 weeks old (was already on Neocate), and we almost lost her. She was in the local NICU for several days and then transported to another childrens hopital. She was sent home on Apnea monitor….not for apnea but for choking. Soooo, since then we use Simply thick to thicken. She doesnt do too well on cereal. What is the allergy site you are referring to?
