OK so we finally got to see a GI doc. As you may remember Aaron was just having an awful time and was soley eating in his sleep etc…
They decided to push the meds to the MAX they suggested giving him 6 ml. of 2mg of prilosec 2x’s a day. That would take forver to give, so I asked about the solutabs and they gave us a script for 15 mg of prevacid 2x’s a day. Aaron is about 12.6 lbs so that is a lot. They want to push the meds to their max and see what happens if that does not work we will look into the nissen and gtube route. We have to get the reflux under control so we can loose the god awful trach.
So I have to say I am seeing some inprovement its been a week (knock on wood) since he vomited last and he is not refluxing as much and he is eating more and more every day while he is awake not much about 3 bottles a day….. but that is something. He takes the solutabs with such ease I love it. The prilosec was hard to give.

Great news!! Yes, the solutabs are so easy to give. And they have worked wonders for Myles. 
I’m so happy to hear that they seem to be helping Aaron. I hope he continues to improve and can have the trach removed soon.
