For Anxiety in Children and Adults
Why eliminate food proteins from your diet?
Each person’s diet is going to be extremely individual, whether it’s for a baby, via mother’s breastmilk, or formula, or an infant starting solids, or for a toddler, a child, a teen, or an adult. However, there needs to be a starting point somewhere. How you approach it is up to you, whether you start by eliminating everything from your diet except for a few foods (Total Elimination Diet/TED), or you eat most everything and have a large group of foods/ingredients that you don’t eat/avoid (Restricted Diet).
