My daughter did a successful step down to Alimentum from Neocate….was thickening w/ rice but hoping to get off lactulose so ped had us switch to barley…never realized how hard to find….only spot I’ve found is thru Amazon and that place doubled the price per box compared to rice and oatmeal and then you’ve got shipping; plus, they took forever to send to me…anyone know where I can get it? Not afraid to call somewhere directly to see if they’d do a phone order….help!

Actually, you cannot purchase it from them directly…tried personally and thru the pharmacy…..

Hi Kristen,

I live in a small town where Beechnut products are not available. They just don’t have the wide distribution area that Gerber has. I’d have to drive 125 miles to get to a store that carries Beechnut products.

Maybe you could ask your grocery stores if they would special order it in cases for you. I do that with my grocery stores all the time because they don’t stock a lot of the products I like to buy for my family.

If none of youur local grocers will do it you can do a search at the beecnut website for the nearest location and then call the store and ask them to bulk order a case or two for you and then make the drive once in a while.
