Iknow marci-kids suggests 3 prevacid doses a day, but I don’t think it would work for us. Midday would be hard to get a time when they have an empty stomach and 30 minutes to wait for the bottle (that’s hard enough at night). My doc never mentioned a third dose either. Anyone just do 2? Like 15 and 15?

Lots of people only do two. We’ve never been able to do three.

you do what you can do (& what works)

we gave 2 and 3 just ‘depending’ on how things were going at the time…

really shouldn’t make a huge difference…

We only give Bryce 2 doses and he does fine with that. I figure there’s no point in giving him more than he needs. (our presciption is for 3, but our doc said just try 2 at first & move up if needed) So I would just try them on 2 doses and see how they do.

Colton started just 2 doses at 12 months but there were times we missed dosages and only gave him 2 and he did just as good with it as he did with 3.

We’ve always done two doses as well. Timing is hard enough with the two, I can’t imagine trying to squeeze another dose in there!
