Yucky smelling spit up

I know it’s Thanksgiving, but we were up all night last night. I think it might be teething, but I’m just not sure. I tryed taking Justice off his meds 2 weeks ago. That lasted for 5 days before we put him back on. At day 5 he started to be very clingy and would squirm and cry at feeds. At day 5 1/2 I gave in and put him back on his meds. He has been back on his meds now for a little over a week, but he is still clingy, cranky, squirmy, and his spit up smells like vomit. Sorry I know that is gross and I can’t stand that word. Anyway, we were up all night last night. Today as he was crying I was able to take a look in his mouth. I guess I should go back a step. He has his two front bottom teeth. When I was looking in his mouth I saw a knot on the top off to the side. I guess it would be not the front tooth, but the one beside it. I don’t ever remember seeing a knot like that for his other two. Basically what I am asking is does it sound like teething with all the things I described? To make things harder big brother is sick, so it is possible not likely to me, but possible he could be sick too. Of course, he’s not really showing signs of being sick. He is breast fed so I think it might be unlikely it’s that. As far as teething goes nothing I have tryed seems to work. If your babies were doing the same thing what would you think? By the way Happy Thanksgiving!
