zantac??

ok i have a question. we are going to try a dose of zantac in the evenings. if you are giving an H2 blocker along with the PPI, how do you dose the H2 blocker?
do you give the full daily recommended dose all in one dose, or do you give less because they are already on PPI?
i have no idea what his dose would be…he is about 15 lbs.
i had it made without alcohol.

the bottle says .45 ML 3 times a day, but that is back from when he was like 2 months old and only on the zantac-that was before we had tried PPI’s.
