Yes, we had this issue. Aidan responded the best to Prevacid solutabs (we tried Prevacid suspension and solutabs, as well as Nexium), but even with the proper dosage, her reflux still continued to worsen.
We tried the 3 types of meds (H2 blockers, PPIs, and motility [both Bethanechol and Reglan]) and combos of the 3, and Aidan was non-responsive to all of the meds, which is part of the reason she had a fundo.Prevacid normally takes about 2 weeks to work.

My last ds was on prilosec when he was a baby and it worked really well for him. I’m sorry to hear nothing worked for him.:(
What does fundo mean?
He is on the proper dose according to the marci-kids website. He wasn’t for the first week but I printed out the info from the site and brought it to my doctor and he increased his dose so he has been on the increased dose for over the last week now. I also requested the pharmacy make the compounded suspension with the 16.8% sodium buffer, which they did.
Sometimes I think maybe he doesn’t have reflux and it is something else? Although he has the symptoms such as gagging, hoarse voice, regurgitating, arching his back and neck so I can’t see it being something else.
