Caracream?

I’ve been seeing the word caracream in some posts. This is something you can mix with medicine to add flavoring and keep its stability? Do you need a prescription for it or just order from a pharmacy? Will the pharmacist know what I’m talking about? I hope my questions aren’t silly. I’m sure there are other posts about it out there but I just don’t have time to search them thoroughly…you know how that is Thanks!
