michael is almost 11mon. old and he eat not that much of variety on solid foods what else can i give him he just eats certain fruits and cereal no vegies or dairy foods i am lost on what can i give him on solids foods since he seems he is happy as long as he has a bottle after a few spoons of solids please help

there is an old post on this i believe. when shane was around that age and a couple other children… we were trying to think of food ideas as well! soo.. if i get time later i will try and find it for you! or.. you can type in the search menu and look for food ideas or something along that sort!

Yep! I was going to suggest that post as well! I even printed off a copy of it to give me food ideas when I was stumped!!! If you can’t find the old post, let me know and GOOD LUCK!
