I know this may seem like a strange place to post this, but can anyone recommend a marriage counselor in the North Atlanta (Cumming) area? One familiar with parents of reflux babies. Reflux isn’t our only problem, but the lack of sleep from it (I haven’t had four hours straight sleep in years!) and associated difficulties just add to our marriage problems. I thought I’d ask here, since the 2 my internist recommended weren’t very helpful–1 recommended I just give my (then) 6 month old benadryl and the other said to let the kid cry it out. They just didn’t get it. Then husband and I are both tired and cranky and snapping at each other. TIA

okay so do you go to church?

there is an AMAZING church down there.. called northpoint community church in alpharetta http://www.northpoint.org/ . i would suggest getting plugged in there and i am SURE they have marriage counselors.

otherwise the only other advice i have is that MY PARENTS are professional marriage counselors but we are up in CT!.. maybe they would do a phonecall session? not sure . .. but i can check! .. they are awsome..and have personally helped me through my marriage as well.

but if you have anything you would like to talk about feel free to email me! i have been through the stress of the reflux with BOTH kids.. money issues.. with the fighting.. you name it. and have come out on the otherside now and would NEVER like to go back there!!!

Thanks! Northpoint has a wonderful website. I actually emailed them and they sent me some recommendations. They even have a church near my house!
