digestive enzymes?

My question is are digestive enzymes different and would they help him with foods that I eat that seem to make him gassy/uncomfortable? He is def rice intollerant; lots of spitting up and green slimey diapers. I am on an extremely limited TED b/c other foods seem to make him really uncomfortable- like turkey and wheat. Not so much spitting up, just very gassy. I really want to continue BF but for my own health as well as his, I have to be able to expand my own diet beyond potatoes and squash! (He does not seem to tolerate pears or sweet potatoes and I cannot stomach lamb myself!) At this point I am afraid to try anything else b/c he has been so happy- I feel like I have a “normal” baby!!!

Any thoughts on the digestive enzymes/which kinds seem to work for other would be appreciated!
