InactiveHi
Chloe is starting to eat solids but most of her solids are low in calorie due to her allergies(no dairy and no soy). And she needs all the calories she can get since she does not lover her bottle. Any suggestions on foods that are dairy and soy free that are higher in calorie. We have tried avocadoes and have put oil in her food, any other suggestions? Thanks,NathalieMarch 29, 2010 at 8:05 am #66106hellbennt
Keymasterflax seed oil- for ‘cold’ foods because it can’t be cooked
cook pasta, potatos, etc in olive oil & you can try avocado oil, too
