InactiveI’d like to try my baby on Mylanta Cherry Supreme. From what I’ve read here, she would need a 1mL dose to begin with. Is that correct? How many times a day, and is it given after a feeding? She’s 4 months and almost 15 lbs.
Also, she takes Prevacid solutabs and Bethanechol. Is it okay to take Mylanta with those?April 12, 2010 at 3:25 pm #66180Anonymous
InactiveWe usually say 1ml up to 5x/day. Loose stools will be your sign to back off some, it is a side effect. I “believe” you need to space the mylanta 4hrs from the prevacid.. not sure about the other med. It can be given anytime. We usually used it in the middle of the night if we were having a bad night.
