hello!
i was wondering if any of you mamas tried teething tablets. my dr isnt crazy about them. not because of the reflux but because they dont know much about them. what other things have you tried to give your little ones relief at night? in the day i can manage the pain better but nights have been horrible.i hope the teeth break soon!

I used the hylands teething tablets with DS who had reflux.. not really sure if they helped or not, but we used them with no side effects in addition to tylenol/motrin when things were really bad.

with DD I have used them but not too often just yet but she is on a beta blocker and I just worry about any interactions with her blood pressure so I don’t use them unless things are really bad.. they seem to help her. You can also rub some benadryl on his gums it will numb them a bit and cut back on the histamines that are released which will help with the extra drool.. i tend to use dye free for that so it doesn’t make too much of a mess. HTH.

we used them a LOT. I used them w/ both my sons. I OVERdosed them (ok, well, I gave them more than the bottles said- but this was when they were like 12 months on- before that, I did follow the bottle’s instructions!)
Hylands teething tablets seemed to work- I also tried the ones from target- umphrees? anyway I don’t think they were as good?
