Im new to this, and desperate! My daughter is 6 months old, when she was about 3 weeks old, she started projectile vomitting, along with this she had colick. Her dr diagnosed her with acid reflux, but didnt do any tests in order to diagnose this. He told me to give her zantac and that made everything worse, he then put her on prevacid. In a way, I dont really believe she has acid reflux, everything that I have read says that acid reflux burns when they vomit and she doesnt act like it burns, she does cry or fuss when she vomits, but its not like a hurting painful cry. Her dr refuses to help me, and thinks Im crazy!!! She is throwing up atleast 3-4 times a day, and there has been 2 times that she has thrown up and choked on it and we have had to do CPR on her, but she is gaining weight just fine. Im so confused! 🙁 Please help me if anyone has any advice!! I think I am taking her to Columbus Childrens Hospital tomorrow to the ER and see what they say…Maybe they can help me?
