Hi, I’m new here and loosing my mind!!

My 3 1/2 month old son has been on Prevcid for approx 4 weeks now. he is on 1 pill a day. He is on Similac Alimentum and Maalox as needed. My older son gave him a cold and he seems to have gotten worse. We felt he was getting better a week ago and now I feel like we have gone backwards. My Dr. is on vacation and I called the office and another Dr. called me back and said that colds often make the relux worse.

Is this true in anyone elses opinion/experience?

I am deciding if I should wait until my Dr. gets back on Monday or bring him in now and get started with a referral for a specailist. Any suggestions…
