Hi at the moment I know Mckenzie is on the lowest dose for Nexium, so I’m really finding that it wears off quick!

She has the 10mg packets of the Nexium granules…. Is this the same as Zegerid? I used the dosing calculator based on the Zegerid 20mg and it says she should have 7-8mg 3 times a day….

1. Would this be how much Nexium she needs?

2. Should I wait to see me Dr?

3. Is the Zegerid powder the same thing as the Nexium?

4. Can I mix it the same way? (2mg per ml)

Thanks! Really needing help asap as Mckenzie is developing a feeding aversion and losing weight …

Nexium is not the same as zegerid. Zegerid has the medicine prilosec in it.

Use the dosing calculator for both prevacid and prilosec, just to get a rough idea about nexium dosing. to get an exact dose, contact dr philips.
