My son was put on 5mg day of losec at 4 weeks old. He is now 7 weeks old and i have only noticed very minimal improvement in his reflux so i upped his dose to 10mg a day (5mg morning and night) to see if it makes a difference. We are on our 3rd day of increased dosage now – how long until i notice an improvement?
