Hey all! Has anyone ordered tummy Care since they announced they were closing??? I ordered and have not heard anything. They accepted my payment but have not sent a confirmation for my order. Anyone else have a similar situation???

I ordered Belly Buffers a week ago, as of last night UPS still hadn’t recieved my shipment to send to me. I emailed the “owner” who was incredibly rude and cancelled my order. I am super bummed they are closing.. my ten month old has terrible reflux and I was looking forward to using something others have had so much success with.

I had a similar experience. Except she threatened to cancel my order so I backed off asking a out my order. Now I have not heard anything. Sent another email and now I am scared. They accepted my payment!! I read on this website about using Zegrid OTC and mylanta cherry supreme and making your own. Might try it, if I don’t get my order. I just don’t understand. We were encouraged to make a bulk order which I did and now I haven’t heard anything!!!!

but they are honest and most likely overwhelmed w/ last-ditch orders so I’m sure you’ll get your last order filled…

yes, read through here, you can make your ‘own’

Thanks Laura! I figured. Just getting nervous. We just found this product and it worked so well!! They seem very honest so jut crossing my fingers and incessantly checking my email for the confimation! Dis you use the zegerid OTC mixture???

I used what came *before* tummy care max; it was called Caracream…

It’s easy for me to say what I *would* have done, but, since I wasn’t forced to use anything else, it’s hard to say…

I think I’d try a few things (this is ME here, lol. not telling you what to do)?:

1) I’d try making it myself (using the various recipes here on the board)

2) I’d try to find a pharmacist to humour me & make it EXACTLY how I told her/him (using what’s on the board)

3) I might try getting a rx for zegerid 40mg packets & then following how to enhance it (from the board)

4) if my son was older and waiting around meals wasn’t as big a deal (as it is when they’re infants), I’d perhaps try solutabs or even capsules…

Laura… I was thinking the same thing as you. If I don’t get the tummy care ( which I haven’t heard anything either way yet, so I still have hope!!!) She has not cancelled my order yet so I am praying that means they are just backed up on production and I will get. If I get the amount I ordered it should be enough to hold us until he outgrows this. I am using the word “hope” a lot. I an so thankful for this site as it as taught me so much on infant reflux and let’s me know there are others out there experien ing the same thing I am! Fingers crossed!!!

you had/have a ‘proper’ dose RX’d by a doctor, PLEASE please share!!

(& please share if dr would not/will not dose as you asked her/him to)

Okay need advice… I placed my order for tummy care on 2/11. It is now 2/22 and still have not heard anything. Emailed a few times and was warned to stop or my order would be cancelled. They accepted my payment. I sent a very nice email a few days but still nothing. I understand they are an honest company but it has almost been two weeks since they accepted my payment but have not sent me anything about my order. What would you do ladies???

I have been in contact with them only through email. I have never seen a contact number. They stopped production. You can no longer order their products. I put in a bulk order. If my son grows out of his reflux soon you are welcome to what I have left over 🙂
