To prevent bunching up on the bottom you have to lift the bottom a little bit like the same theory with a hospital bed to keep from slipping down it the feet have to be raised a little.

We have only used our Amby for 3 weeks but I love it.

Thanks. For some reason it still didn’t keep her in place… I think because as they get holder, their weight won’t hold it in place. She’s too old to use it anymore anyhow. Glad it’s working for you.
