We just got back from the GI and Seth received a very good report overall. He had put on two+ lbs. and grew two inches since the last time we were in and actually jumped up off his curve! The Pediasure is really doing wonders for him.
The GI told me he was at the cusp(sp?) now and that he would either outgrow it soon or else he would always have it but only time will tell. He really thinks though since he is doing so well during the day and the fact that we have not had to go up on his Prevacid in a while though is a good sign. He even went as far to say to come back in 3-4 months or if we find we can get him off of the meds. before that that we don’t even have to come back (I don’t really think that will happen but it is a nice possibility to hear). He said the combo. of Prevacid during the day and the Pepcid Complete at night was fine but just to make sure I space them apart. I was afraid he would frown on the Pepcid Complete since he would never let me do Zantac and Prevacid together but he said he LOVED the Pepcid Complete which irritated me since I had to find out about it on here but that is why I

Hooray for Seth! That’s great that he’s put on almost two pounds and grown two inces! I hope he’s one that makes it over the cusp soon and outgrows his reflux for good!
