So after purchasing virtually every teething toy imaginable since
Marisa only wants to chew lately – most to some degree of temporary
success, I think I’ve found the best ever. Yesterday I bought one of
those mesh feeding bags (I got the Baby Safe one but Sassy and Munchkin
make them too) and put frozen pear slices in there. That worked well,
as did a Healthy Times teething biscuit. But ice cubes in there worked
the BEST – Marisa happily sucked/chewed away on it for 20 minutes last
night in her booster seat and another 10-15 minutes this morning. Yay!
Yes, I love them too. I put frozen melon, or grapes in them. My girls loved them. Haven’t tried with Myles yet but should soon. He’s teething like mad.
I bought one several months ago and since Noah didnt put “food” in his mouth, I stuck it in a drawer and forgot about it. This post reminded about it, so I pulled it out, stuck in some ice and gave it to Noah since he is teething like mad. He sucked on it once or twice and tossed it on the floor. He had a fit when I tried to give it to him again. I guess he’s one of the few that doesnt like them.
Marisa doesn’t love it as much as she used to either but will still
suck on the ice for a bit sometimes. Her new favorite is the Healthy
Times vanilla teething biscuits (dairy and soy free).
