The pharmacy’s in my area cannot be trusted to mix Katies Prevacid correctly. I have fought and fought and am tired. I have finally located a pharmacy that ordered Caracream for me. The problem is that I have no idea how to mix it. Does anyone have any tips for me?

I hesitate to switch her to Zegerid because of the amount of Mylanta needed along with it. I do give her Mylanta off and on some days but anything over 4 mls per day and she has diarehha.

Email marci-kids and tell them the situation and her dose. They’ll tell you how to prepare it.

We use the 20mg packets of zegerid and you do not need to add mylanta. I think it’s just the 40mg.

Yup, just the 40mg packs need mylanta.
